Description
I have a halter neck top that is made of slightly stretchy "t-shirt" type material, which needs the waist band letting out. I have unpicked it and bought some material in a similar colour to add in to the waist band - (which may or may not work) and would love to find someone locally who could alter it for me.  (0 Questions)
