How it Works

In a Nutshell

Too Easy provides an open market place where anyone can list jobs they need done. Businesses or individuals can bid or estimate on your job saving time, money and providing you choice.

On the flip side you can also create a free business listing to advertise your services so new customers can find you online with the added benefit of reading real feedback about your business. Let the great work you do everyday speak for itself.

How Too Easy Works

Task Owner - Need help getting your jobs done?

Does the phrase "I just don't have enough time!" sound familiar? With our busy schedules, it's becoming harder to juggle the work / life balance and keep everyone happy let alone find time for fun!

Many of us regularly outsource tasks or jobs that we're not skilled to do such as electrical work, plumbing, clothes repairs etc but where do you turn to get all those other little things done like picking up that package from the post office, cleaning out the garage or grammar checking that assignment?

Mainstream business are usually too busy to be interested or their call out fees are exorbitant. Too Easy aims to bridge that gap by connecting capable people who are keen to work with busy people that need an extra set of hands. Think of it as having access to your own personal assistant or a site where you can hire a helper.

Do you have items on your TO DO list that just don't make sense to do yourself? Why don't you post those tasks on Too Easy for free in a few easy steps so you can focus on the tasks you enjoy doing.

Here's how it works for Task Owners:

  1. You select the category that best fits your task.
  2. Fill in the task information, including location, bid type, payment method, expiry date then upload a photo if applicable. You can even limit who you invite to bid.
  3. Your task will be approved by the Too Easy team (until you have a good feedback rating).
  4. Assistants will find your tasks via alerts that they have set up or by searching for tasks.
  5. Assistants place bids on your task and you're notified via email.
  6. You decide which assistant you'll choose  (if any).
  7. The assistant has to accept or decline the task or you can withdraw the offer.
  8. Upon acceptance you coordinate with the assistant to get the task done.
  9. Once the task is completed you pay the assistant.
  10. Both you and the assistant place feedback on each other - Too Easy.

Assistants - New customers, less time, better credibility

Most of us need extra cash but thats not the only reason to sign-up as an assistant on Too Easy. Freedom is another good reason and something most of us don't have in our regular 8-5 jobs, freedom to work where you want, doing what you want, when you want.

Too Easy removes the barriers for young, old or those in between to cost effectively find new customers, then further promote your services through your feedback history and online business profile.

So what do you get for FREE?

arrow icon Access to new customers that need to get stuff done.
