Once a task has been completed both the task owner and the assistant can leave feedback on each other. Placing feedback is an important (but optional) part of the Too Easy process. Too Easy recommends all members place feedback wherever possible to help build a safer community.

Feedback should relate to a specific task only.

Placing Feedback

If you're the Task Owner, to place feedback on the assistant locate the task in the Tasks I Need Done page and click the Place feedback link under the Next Step column.

If you're the Assistant, to place feedback on the Task Owner locate the task in the Bids I've Placed page and click the Place feedback link under the Next Step column.

Task Owners and assistants see a different set of performance metrics they can use to rate how each other performed. The members overall performance is the average of all the individual performance ratings.

Filling in all fields is required. The Overall Performance field enables you to provide a Positive, Neutral or Negative rating which directly impacts the users feedback rating. Feedback ratings cannot go into negative and will remain at zero.

Important: We recommend members use caution and careful judgement when leaving feedback for another member, as feedback cannot be edited or deleted once it has been placed. Individual members, not Too Easy, could be held legally responsible for damages to another member's reputation if a relevant authority were to find that the remarks constitute defamation.
