Registered users can post tasks for free. Tasks must be located in Australia or New Zealand.

All tasks will be reviewed before being published and will be delisted if they break the site terms and conditions or our code of conduct.

You can't post tasks that advertise services or products, you can use your business profile for this.

Step 1 - Select your category

Hover over the task categories to select one that best suits your task. If you have a unique task that doesn't fit within one of our categories use the 'Suggest  A Category' button and we'll add this to our list or advise you of an alternative.

Step 2 - Enter the required information

Each of the fields contain context sensitive help to guide you through the process. Some of the most important fields are explained in detail below:

Task title and description - The better you describe your task the more likely you are to attract bids that accurately reflect the effort involved. You can edit the task at any stage or post additional information in the message board which appears below your task.

Enter your postcode or suburb - Specify where the task will be located, if the task can be completed remotely then just enter your suburb. By default the suburb you entered when you registered will automatically display.

Where do you prefer bidders to be located? - You control where you prefer bidders to be located, currently we allow assistants to bid if they are outside your preferred location but they will receive a warning message and you can see their location next to their bid.

The exception is to this is when assistants live in another country in which case they will not be able to bid.

What types of bids do you allow? - Decide how the assistants must price your task, this will help you to compare apples with apples.

For example if you want your garage cleaned then specifying "Price for completed task" makes sense. However if you require guitar lessons then using "Price per hour" would probably be more appropriate.

Do you want to display a picture of the task or use our default picture? - By default all tasks are saved with a default picture determined by the category you selected.  You can upload up to 4 photos to better describe your task which will replace the default image. Photos should be no more than 500k in size.

Step 3 - More Options (Optional)

Who can bid on your task - This is a powerful feature where you can invite assistants to bid using their username if they are registered with Too Easy or external email addresses of assistants not yet registered with Too Easy and they will be invited by email.

Should everyone  be able to see bids on your tasks - By default all users can see bids on your task but with the click of a mouse you can hide all bids so only you know the prices coming in.

Would you like to attach any files to your task?  - Aside from photos you may need to provide a spreadsheet of data, a document or other information to allow the assistants to be able to accurately price your tasks.

Step  4 -Save as a Draft or Post - If you're not ready to post your task immediately, you can save it as a draft and post it at a later stage.

You will be notified by email once you task has been approved, normally this would only take a matter of hours.
