The Tasks I Need Done screen is your central place for managing all the tasks you've created.

From this screen you can:

	View the status of each task
	Link to the task details (where you can edit your task and select assistants)
	View the bids on your tasks
	Create a new task
	Send private messages to assistants that have placed bids on your task
	Check assistants business profiles and feedback. Clicking on the assistants username will display the Business profile. Clicking on the assistants rating will display their feedback
	Delete tasks ( any bidders will be notifed by email)

Tasks that require action by you will display on the To Do tab with a link to the next step displayed in red. Typical actions would include selecting an assistant, rating an assistant or withdrawing an offer should the assistant not accept your task within an appropriate time frame.
